Standard Bank..... Branch for a cellphone number update..... Really!!

So.... A bank that has retenched hundreds of staff in the last year.... A company that has closed down how many branches because of "digitization" tells me today that I have to go into a branch....... Which let me tell you, took them about 5 minutes to give me the one closest to me.... To change my cellphone number to enable me to use my banking app.

I'm shocked beyond words. And aggravated!!! Surely this is something your call center agents could do????
