Standard bank Boulders branch ATM not releasing money

I withdrew money at an ATM in Midrand boulders...machine did not release the money but it shows in went out on my statement an no notification on my phone...Bank says they cant help me.this happened at an atm outside the boulders branch.. standard bank is ******** people..i was not the only one.an the taff did not even want to help me..
