Standard bank bond terrible service

I lodged a complaint against standard bank. I have a bond with them. I made payment which was not reflected. They said they going to fix it and call me back but failed to do so. I put a complaint on Hello Peter. They called me when I was in a meeting and agreed to call me back but failed to do so. I would stay away from standard bank for a bond. Terrible service. I have had much better experience at FNB and will be moving my Bond.
