Standard Bank Bond Cancellations Department Appalling Services

<p> </p> <p>I am in the process of purhasing a property but the process has now stood still for some time because the sellers bond is with Standard Bank.</p> <p>The Transfer attorneys have requested cancellation figures on 23/03/2017 but till date after numerous follow ups they have still not provided this figure.....on the last follow up the bond cancellations department advised they require until 18/04/2017 to providie this information.......</p> <p>Since when does it take month to obtain just a cancellation figure??????</p> <p>This has caused a delay in the whole process because my bond attorney on Nedbank's side are awaiting on the draft deeds from the Transfer Attorneys who cannot provide the draft deeds becasue Standard bank require a month do do some sums !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
