STANDARD BANK -BOND APPROVAL CHANGES WHICH ARE NOT SIGNED FOR BY MYSELF

BOND APPROVAL URGENT !

I have signed a bond agreement with no retention stipulated on the agreement.

I have paid the transfer and bond attorneys a substantial amount yesterday only now to hear that the bank has added a retention amount to the bond and it is something that i have not signed up for.

I am appauled at the new condition which was only brought to my attention after an agreement has been signed WHICH DOES NOT HAVE THE RETENTION STIPULATED.

I would like to escalate this matter to a senior and have the red flagged as a matter of urgency to get it resolved.
