Standard bank bitter for leaving them for a better bank....

<p>Standard bank is bitter for leaving their bank for another bank that has better service, i am being told that the account that i have stopped using since 2012 its in arrears of R7200 for not closing the account. If the is no transcations on the ccount for a couple of months are you not suppose to automaticcaly close the account???? I will be taking you to consumer ombudsman and i have contacted speak out aswell to expose STANDARD BANK all over the counrty for the poor service and *****.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your bank is disgusting and such a shame, how can i pay that money while i left your bank not owing you, your services is a shame and your one of the worst bank one had ever had. </p>
