Standard Bank better than ABSA

I wish to express a word of gratitude and acknowledgement to Standard Bank and their consultant who ensured that Standard Bank acted swiftly in closing my Credit Card & Revolving Credit Loan immediately after I paid off the settlement amounts for the respective accounts. The lady (consultant) kept on keeping me abreast with the payments of the monies that are due to me. Unlike the frustration I experience at the hands of uncaring ABSA regarding the same issue. What do the different approaches by the two banks say about their efficiency? The answer to that question is very clear, and that is Standard Bank has proven to be efficient and better than ABSA. It's for that reason I unwaveringly rating SBSA higher than ABSA. In my experience ABSA is inefficient and lacks sense of urgency. To them it's all about the profits. My issue is not yet resolved by ABSA. I will only rest when they have addressed my serious complaint.
