Standard Bank behaving like the mafia

Repossession a client's car in mafia style without the opportunity afforded her to rehabilitate the client. She reached out to them but those with connections did not want to address her request because their sole aim was to repossess the car & embarras her while at it. No identification by the guy who took the car. I wonder who are staff member handling this *** are connected to such that they can violate every finance act just to have the car back. I wonder if even Standard Bank is aware of what happened. When *** are sent no one responds as if every worker is on leave. Sad bad business practice. They have no respect for their clients and the laws of South Africa
