Standard Bank becoming a joke!

This is the second time in a short period that the bank card shows code 0760 I am with Standard Bank for 40 + years and year by year is this bank becoming useless. Every time you go to the branch (BAYSIDE TABLE VIEW) you sit and wait to have the card re activted by total incompetant people.There is NEVER a manager in side this branch. Why? It is time for me to change my accounts to a proper professional bank.
