Standard bank
I, in 2019 underwent debt rescue with Freedom Debt. Standard bank was one of my debtors. Standard bank send my outstanding balances to Freedom debt. 2025 I'm suppose to be debt free only to be informed that Standard bank did not stop the insurance on the outstanding debt nor did they informed the debt counselor of their mistake. My life is now onhold until Standard bank diside to deal with their mistakes. This is now going on for the past two months with out any consequences for the bank.
