Standard bank Barongwa, Came in to fetch my new card. Have never waited so long for a new card with only two people infront of me Winnie has been issuing a client a new card for over 35 minutea now. How is this possible with the technology we have today? 9:20am I arrived at the branch. 3 people infront of me collecting cards. 10:57am and Im still awaiting. This is unacceptable.
