STANDARD BANK - **** BANK!!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!

Standard Bank online credit department and Standard Bank Birch Achres branch are all *********** with their services. I app**** online for a Credit Card with Standard Bank. My application was approved and had to collect the card at The Birch Achres branch. The branch tells me that my card has a IT issue because they couldn't create a pin for me. I was told that a log will be placed with IT and I'll be called back with feedback or collection date. 2 weeks done the line, nothing but silence. I decide to go to the brach and find out what is happening, they tell me that my card has been shredded, Me-ok so where my new card? Branch-the credit department is still confirming employment... how do you confirm employment with a shredded card for an application that got approved 2 months back? They tell me I am going to have to call the credit department because there is nothing they can do. That time the people I am calling are telling me to go to the branch and the branch is telling me call. They ended up fighting amongst themselves. Like what games are being played here. Now I can't even reapply because of this issue that is pending with no status and no reason to why it's pending. Just a big ball of bull ****!!!!!!!!!!!
