Standard bank band over my business account to a stranger using a ********** documents

From the story that I have shaheed before , I have not lost my flat and the car and my son failed his term 1 at school because I could only take him to school only when we have money

My story is on the 30 October 2020 when I was trying to use my business account I found out that the card is no longer working

And I contacted nearest branch on the following morning , I spoke to branch manager , she said it’s a first time she seeing something like this , she said the account is no longer mine but she will send all the details to standard bank Kingsmead.

On the following week I received a call from my business banker Ntobeko, he said someone app**** online to open an account and he sent them the documents stating that my business is his .

I then ask him why was I not informed about that he said he followed standard bank process and he did not see a need to phone me because all the documents looked Legit

Following day I received an email from Carmen Mbangeni from standard bank apologizing from what happened and saying that they can only open a new account for me as the one I was using was no longer mine mind you that account had 8k and I was working a 3 months contract from department of transport , now that account is having 320 k , department was paying me but I could not access my account because standard bank froze it.

On the email that garment sent me there was an attachment which the new owner of my account provided then , when I look closely on my signature I found out that it has been photoshopped, I then sent them an email asking if they see that it’s photoshopped they said yes they can see but again they can’t just hand the account over to me they still need to do some investigations

I contacted Ombadmen with this matter, standard bank also told Ombadmen that they see their mistake but they are still doing investigation

From March to date standard bank keep saying they are investigating the matter . I wish if there’s someone who can help . I feel like there is someone from standard bank who is working with the person who is trying to ***** my account

My question is why that person sent standard bank a ********** document and they just hand over my account without verifying and phoning me to come and sign
