Standard Bank Bad service and theft

Service request no: ********** 135. I went to the shop on 21/03/2019 and swiped my card, The slip that was printed out said that the transaction would be reversed. I went back home to get my bank statement where it showed that the transaction went through. This costed me R25.00 because Standard Bank is permanently offline . I went back to the shop and the sales person refused to give me the goods that I bought due to the fact that the slip said "transaction will be reversed". I phoned the bank on 22/03/2019 and the lady first said it would be done over night and it hasn't been done because of the public holiday but then she said it would only be resolved by the 9th of April.... I went to the bank on 23/03 to sort it out. (This was Dynarc Walk branch in Langenhoven Park, Bloemfontein) The manager there told me that I dont know what I'm talking about (this is a old lady, I couldn't get her name because she hid her name plate) and that I argue like a child and blamed all of this on loadsheding and the shop owner where I made the purchase. So now I have to wait more than 2 weeks for you to give me MY money. I dont care about procedures. If you are offline, it is not my problem. You also have the audacity to deduct charges for a declined transaction. I want my money back into my account as in YESTERDAY and the manager at that branch should be fired so that she can be sent to an old age home because clearly she is tired of working since she can treat customers like that. Seriously sort your **** out because this is going to become a civil case and I'm gonna walk away with more than what I paid at the store.... My patience is running thin with Standard Bank and I call this whole thing one word....THEFT
