Standard bank Bad service.

Almost a month ago i made another loan at FNB where i payed my full ex amount to standard bank that i owed them. On the 1st Standard bank were still taking money of my fnb account. So i phone standard bank and they explained to me and told me to sent them the proof of payment so they can sent my money back to my account. I did sent it to them and now 2 weeks later still no money in my account and because of that I'm unable to pay my other stuff. I so close to take it further if i don't see my money in the next 2weeks back into my account. The banks is quick to take money but when it comes to give back the are terrible.
