Standard Bank Bad service

I came to Standard Bank I Town Smith street to open a business account ...I was advised to sit and wait by the Bay next Business account Bay someone would assist me ... been sitting inside the bank for an hour and no one is explaining anything to me ...I managed to ask someone who works here if anyone is available to assist me .. he referred me to a guy who just looked at me and went to a kitchen and never came back ... I was here at 13:00 and now it’s 14:00 .. this is very bad service as I am a client and came to be assisted and no one is even explaining anything to me ... I am not happy with this kind of service and felt I should report the band service this bank gives to their customers.
