Standard bank bad service

I opened a business Acc with standard bank tried to link it with treasury central database but the process is taking forever its almost a month but the status remains pending and business managers are not helpful, call center always have high call volume it's such a frustrating experience. Based on my experience with banks I guess I can proudly say standard bank is the worst bank when it comes to service
