Standard bank - Bad poor pathetic service

Standard bank handed over my account without communication, request sent for credit arrangements were in vain, now the collection team say they know nothing about my account and standarbank keep sending me from pillar to post, my credit record had been affected. Can someone tell me if this is joke or what?
