Standard Bank bad delivery of new cards

This low rating for Standard Bank is for the absolute failure in ensuring that new cards be delivered to customers in an organised, speedy and proffesional manner They are using CCD courier for this service but it seems that Standard Bank never audit there performance, because CCD couriers is a complete disaster in logistics where most customers it seems like me never recieve there new cards without a massive confusing and laborious process. Just look at the low trust index of CCD couriers on this platform. Come on, Standard Bank you can do better or is your mission of good client service just a paper excersise? I am currently waiting for my Evolve card to be delivered, but i am currently without hope to recieve it via this courier.
