STANDARD BANK BAD CUST SERVICE
I am a client wth std bank for over 30years and experience the most terrible service ever!!! They must bring back the days where you can actually speak to your bank manager if you are in need for help because this call centres are an absolute waste of time and enery ,if you are not holding on for 50minutes on the line , just to find out they cannot assist you, why do they even call it customer services
