standard bank

I was incorrectly placed under debt review in February 2023. The debt review was cancelled and I have been struggling with Standard bank to unfreeze my accounts. I have spent hours on the phone and visited the branch numerous times, but the issue cannot be resolved. I have also spoken to every person in every department in Standard bank, but to no avail. Eventually it was decided that it is an IT problem and the branch submitted a query in my presence. When I phoned this morning i was told that a service query must now be logged and the IT department will look at it. I am expecting money to be paid into my account, but outside vendors cannot deposit any money as the IT department has frozen all my accounts. When you ask to speak to someone higher up, they will not escalate it, they will try and fix it until they see they cant and then you get transferred to another department or you are told they will come back to you which they never do. Standard bank has disappointed me so much, and that after being a customer with them since 1994 - almost 30 years! I am moving my account to Capitec and Standard bank will never again get a good review from me. They are ***********
