Standard Bank

Hello Peter, I am a young professional and have been with standard Bank since 2015. I have always believed that I could rely on my bank to take good care of my financial interests, but I recently had a horrible experience as a customer of the bank. Yesterday I reported to standard Bank that multiple unauthorised deductions appeared on my account, worth more than R2000. I reported this as soon as I got to know about it. I could see how the money was leaving my account without any intervention by Standard Bank. I even visited the Woodstock branch in Woodstock to report the incident. The bank undertook to investigation and that the ***** department would be in touch with me within 7 days. As a young professional I have been left penniless all this time. Today is the 3rd day (working day) since I have reported it and have not heard ANYTHING from standard Bank. Please tell me what I can do. Thank you so much for this platform. Because I seem not able to get through to Standard Bank.
