Standard Bank Avoiding Responsibility

I had a flat insured with Std Bank Insurance. The flat burnt down and they had the flat rebuilt.<br> <br> The new building now has problems in terms of damp damage, roof leaks and geyser leaks. After contacting Std Bank they blamed it on poor maintenance which is not the case on such a newly built property.<br> The roof has been leaking since the place was built.<br> <br> Further response from Std bank has not been received to resolve the damage<br>
