Standard Bank auctioned my apartment

I am very disappointed and shocked with the way Standard Bank conducts business nowadays.<br> <br> Standard Bank and their associates, one lawyer named Dipuo Mashiloane auctioned my apartment without my knowledge. After I had made several attempts to conduct the Home Loans Department and negotiate alternative payment arrangements, I was on numerous occasions referred to Mr Dipuo, who declined to offer me any arrangements whatsoever. I was so surprised when he came to my house with another person whom he claimed was the new owner. <br> <br> I was not aware that my house was on sale. <br> <br> I am seeking legal advise as I feel I was wrongly done and the correct procedure wasn't followed in my case. This is costing me too much in legal expenses. I am prepared to take the matter to the high court to reverse the sell of my house.<br> <br> I am very disappointed with Standard Bank. I didn't expect this from a well credited bank.<br> <br> Ashley
