Standard Bank Attorneys, slow tone yet rude when talking to people

I just received from a woman from Standard Bank Attorneys informing me that my Woolworths personal loan account had been handed over to them. The vrey same Woolworths personal loan account that I sent emails informing them that I had been retrenched, I sent them all the documentation showing my retrenchment yet they have now handed me over. This woman was very rude, it dies not mean when you speak in a slow & relaxed tone, you are not rude and understanding to my circumstances.
