Standard bank ATM swallowed my money while depositing

I deposited money on a Standard Bank ATM at Phalaborwa of an amount of R2000, the ATM wrote something like money retracted but I didn't receive the money or a receipt but instead it took me back to the home screen.

I waited on the ATM for the money since I was sending it for registrations at an school. I didn't get the money.

I tried depositing R100 to the same account using the same ATM it went through and gave me a receipt but the R2000 is gone😭.

Please assist I need to register.
