Standard bank ATM retract cash

TODAY at about 17h20 I withdrew R200 "instant money" from standard bank ATM in meerensee Richardsbay. Firstly the ATM took a while to process and the screen went black, suddenly the screen notifies to take cash before retracted. As I reach for it it backs into the machine again and notified on screen that money been retractracted Now... I used to bank with standard bank until 2010. My card was cloned and 17 000 was gone out of my account and yet nothing been received. Now this comes, R 200 is nothing right but if you're unemployed, have 2 kids at home with a wife and this happens yet nothing gets done about this R200 until when ever or never, that's the only money I had to feed my kids tonight atleast. Now. What do you do when you can't do nothing , the bank can't help you so everyone must go without food. It's pathetic and scandalous. Surely I'm not the only one who this happened to but, how does it happen that a bank can "retract" your money and then you need to wait for assistance or reimbur*****t to buy food for kids who are hungry NOW. It's NOT a Good "Standard" for a bank sorry
