Standard Bank Atm money jamk

deposited school fees at an amount of R1000 at an ATM outside the branch of Kenako Mall, Port Elizabeth on the 30th October. The money got jammed and I got an error slip, so I went inside the branch. The consultant logged a query and told me to wait between 2- 5 business, or until the 6th November 2019. I asked them to deposit the money into the school's account and supp**** them with a reference number.

The consultant assured me that I will be notified and if not I must contact them and quote the reference number given. I called in the morning and the agent said they will get back to me within a few minutes as their system was down its the 7th today and its been hours now and nothing still. This is my son's school fees and he will be barred from entering the school and write his exams.
