Standard bank ATM depositing system has left my mom with no food

Standard bank closes branches but their atm depositing system is horrible, R1100 was meant to be sent to my mom, who desperately needed it, I had no more to give, I went to deposit to help her out instead my money never came back and now my mom doesn't have any money, they say they will investigate which will take 5 working days, but what about my mom, I've complained on twitter about standard bank's need to change it as I never experience depositing issue with other banks. Let them change this or I'll convince my mom a 30 year client to move her account
