Standard Bank ATM deposit malfunctioning and the bank refunded less the jammed amount

On the 4th September I drew R1000 from my ABSA account intending to make a payment to FNB of R961 for Spree account. The FNB queues were long and I decided to load the money R 950 into my Stdbank account in order to do an EFT but the machine just jammed up on me . I went inside the bank and reported the incident and was told to wait until the 11/9/2017. I was then told I will be contacted when technicians have opened the machine. When Std bank refunded me the money , I was told its R750. I am really not satisfied with this service.I cannot be in a position to donates R200 to the bank. This is a huge inconvenience.I am really unhappy client at this moment.
