Standard bank ATM deposit

I deposited an amount into an ATM in Bluff Durban, the ATM retracted the deposit and did not return the money. I called the call centre and was not given any confidence in my money being recovered rather I was told the bank will investigate and get back to me within 3 days. I am highly inconvenienced and disappointed as this money is needed urgently to cover costs in a family loss.
