standard bank atm are not too be trusted

this is the second time I am writing to your department. When I do a direct cash deposit into your standard bank atm after 7 pm it reflects in my account ,and I can draw the full amount if I want too ,straight away as well. But my debit orders wont go through ??? I have proof of when I deposited my money, on the 7th just after 7pm and my dedit orders were taken around 12pm on the same day .why did my debits not go through? When a atm deposit is a 24 hour service ???I did get one of your help line people phoning me to say I must bank 24 hours before a debit goes off ?????? I want my money back standard bank charged me even when I had enough money for transfers to go through kind regards martin
