Standard Bank at Chatsworth Center Poor Service from a security Guard

I am really not happy about the service we get at Standard Bank in Chatsworth Center from the security guard. This has been going on and it need to stop. I am really angry and dissapointed . I cannot accept such rudeness and embarrassed that security guard gave me. Worse he allegedly pushed me physically because I wanted to print a bank statement in ATM. Just because I am a woman and I can't do anything. I'm even looking forward to open a case of assault. Standard bank need to do something. I am really furious. They should at least teach him customer service and manners. he always does this to black people because he knows they don't know anything about reporting. How can a security guard push a women , where are his manners.
