Standard Bank are you ******* or a Bank?

Moilwe, Busiswe B <***> Witticker, Joseph J <***> *** *** since 2019 I am trying to sort out a query with standard bank and not once can standard bank Resolution Centre resolve the money paid to account *** that went missing. R15 650.93 unaccounted for and never refunded to my access account. but standard bank will keep the money and turn a blind eye as to their responsibility to go back into their records to do their job and I have been tasked to send emails all over the net to find this missing money that was paid into an account that standard bank decided to close, so the money went into a closed account under my name but they can't track it. *********** and unprofessional.
