Standard Bank are very good *******, but useless bankers

A trip into the Fourways mall branch of Standard Bank to arrange previous bank statements for two bank accounts and going back FIVE years. After waiting an hour to be assisted the consultant advised that the savings account would need to be retrieved from the 'archive' dept which she sent through the request online. the second account could be done now and would be emailed . And here is where Standard Bank starts to show its true colours of being an absolute *****....*****...... Firstly...I was advised that each account would cost R 2640.00 to have the 5 years of bank statements. Secondly..... i was advised that the first 6months are free. So I agreed and we started the process and when the consultant said we were done, I could expect the emails waiting for me with regards to the first account but the second account would take a couple of days. FINE NO PROBLEM I THOUGHT

And here is were Standard Bank are now the *******....They deducted immidiatly the first R2640.00 for the five years. I have only recieved one year and the first 6 months of those should be for free. but to date i have not recieved the balance of what i have paid for.....the Date of the initial consultation and date of the only email containing the statements is 18 January 2022. Its taken over a ****** month to not recieve what i have paid for you ****** *******. I was then told to go in and stand in another ****** line to recieved the second set of bank accounts..... You are ****** lazy....email it to me.... O yes you are also incompitant...you cant even do that correctly and then you want me to pay again. To add to the frustration i approached the bank to address these issues i was told to email to get the issue addressed and this was back on 15 Febuary and of course i have still not recieved my statements or a reply back from the bank....
