STANDARD BANK ARE *****'S CRYING FOR R65

I went into the Westgate branch today to close my account and I there was R7 left in the account. I was told I cannot close the account I must wait for the bank fees to go off first then come back to close and pay R65. I really do not understand how desperate standard bank can be to insist on charging me bank charges to close my account.

Could they not close the account charge pro rata fees????? Are they going to pay my petrol to go back to the bank month end????
