STANDARD BANK ARE THE MOST USELESS BANK I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS

Standard Bank are the most useless bank I have ever come across. I was busy doing my internet banking yesterday, 26/05/2019 when their internet banking site bombed. When I tried to go back into the site and re-do my payments, I got a message that said that I couldn't do my payments twice meaning that my payments should have gone through. When I tried to retrieve my proof of payments, I was unable to as the message I got was that no payments had been done.

I then sent a message to Standard Bank about the problem and received an email from them that I now have to pay to retrieve my proof of payments............AFTER THEIR INTERNET BANKING SITE BOMBED!!!!!!

Standard Bank should't just close some of their branches, they should close the whole flipping bank.................PERMANENTLY!!!!!!
