Standard bank are literally the biggest ****s ever

Guys I can't stress how much Standard is the most ********* bank ever. Few months back I had a complaint with them that's been going on for years without being resolved. A month back we reached an agreement of which they haven't kept their word as usual.

So in 2019 I took a loan of R42000 where I was paying R2400 a month because I wanted to finish it quicker but according to them I was supposed to pay R1500. Then few months down the line I suffered a huge financial loss and I asked them if they could lower my installment to the initial amount and based on what the consultant told me. They refused and said I was bound by the contract and failure to pay that amount every month will lead to my account being in areas and my account got into arreas.

Then last month they called me and we agreed on me paying R1000 with their lawyers and my account will no longer be in arreas. Again they **** I kept my end of the deal but my account continues to be in arreas. They are really the biggest ****s ever
