Standard Bank are completely unhelpful, zero service

I am a private banking customer with Standard bank, and all I can say is luckily I bank with other banks as Standard Bank do not believe in Customer Service at all, Nobody bothers to come back to you and they go around to make one angry. They must be the most unhelpful bank in South Africa. Standard Bank I want to say thank you for not helping me in a time of need , all I requested was that my credit card limit be increased as I was taking customers overseas and my other card was stopped due to *****, and you could not bother to come back to me to say yes or no. Well that is what I call good customer service. You can see from my diners and from my monthly spend and I do believe after 40 years you should be more helpful. Thank You standard bank for zero service.
