Standard Bank Appoints An ********* Bond Attorney

Standard Bank appointed bond attorneys Faurie Nel who gave us terrible service in the home loan registration process. We were given an invoice by Faurie Nel and told it was the final invoice, which we paid accordingly. A week later Faurie Nel came to us saying they made an error on the invoice and an additional amount, not budgeted for, was now due. They refused to compromise, offer payment terms or offer a discount on their fees despite admitting that this was their error. We brought the matter to the attention of Standard Bank and did not even get a response. This was an attorney appointed by the bank, approved on the banks panel. The attorney displayed ********* behaviour and Standard Bank just sat back and watched without intervening. How does Standard Bank find it acceptable to appoint attorneys who display ********* behaviour and are arrogant towards their clients? Hope to hear back from Standard Bank because I hold them responsible for appointing an ********* attorney
