STANDARD BANK APPALIING SERVICE
This is my second run in with Standard Bank's appalling , terrible customer service in so many days. Not surprising if you read through all the complaints. I have a life insurance / cover policy on my bond (for both myself and spouse) with Liberty Life ceded to Standard Bank , but with my wife's passing Liberty Life was so kind in offering to assist with the claim. However , Liberty Life and I tried for/to someone in the Home Loans department to provide contact detail to Liberty Life with details need to successfully activate , process the claim so that I can go on with my life. Mourning in peace and go through the healing process , instead hitting brick wall after brick wall
