Standard Bank app problems

I have been trying unsuccessfully to download the Standard Bank app but each time I receive a note about “ unique “ information. Went into a branch today. I am now at the stage where I need a verification code to log in. The only problem the verification code never comes to my email. All my problems with Standard Bank are internet related. I wonder why I still keep accounts with Standard Bank
