Standard Bank, anything for a quick buck

According to Standard Bank insurance, Standard Bank has financed a house that was poorly constructed. Even though I expressed my concerns previously to this Standard Bank has not made any attempt to contact me. How must the regular Joe be able to know what construction has taken place when purchasing a house? Standard Bank are clearly that desperate to get money that they'll finance an igloo in the desert. Be very aware before accepting finance from Standard Bank.
