Standard bank and Ucounts HEADACHE

Around March this year, I was enticed to move to the next tier as i only need 1 (one) tiering point. i followed the advice in the Ucounts newsletter and opened up one of the accounts suggested. To cut a long story short...there has been a cacophony of errors on both ucounts and standard bank. Investments were not opened and i missed the deadline. The one that was opened did not add to my tiering points as i had the maximum allocated for that category (i was expect to know this). This is misleading and entices cutomers to make investments that donot give them tiering advantage. I finally opened up another investment account and its been a week since my case "is under investigation". I have been struggling to get tothe next tier from APRIL 2016 and this will benefit the bank more than myself: Ucount Card no: ********** 1.

I have followed up and queued in a branch a few times to get things sorted out...not much fun for a private client.
