Standard Bank and U COUNT THIS IS THEFT I WANT MY MONEY

Standard why are you like this, I've had an account with standard bank from 2005 this year I started having unauthorised debit orders on a monthly basis and i was told that they cant block them so I should just let me happen, bearing in mind that I have to call in every month with my own airtime to reverse them. so I decided to take my services elsewhere, and I went to Rosebank Mall to request the account to be closed and open an access account in order to have access to my homeloan and money market account and I was told that I couldn't because they don't have my proof of residence (yet i have a home loan, check account, money market account with the) i requested to email it to them and they said they have problems with emails. Then I went to southgate mall to open an access account and i was told that the cheque account is still not closed, then I requested them to close it for the second time. Then someone deposited 2000 in my old account that should have bounced should standard bank closed my account when I requested them TWICE, and standard bank decided to help itself with R1352.88 of my money as to why there is no explanation, I went inside the bank and I was told that "standard bank needed to take the money" maybe because it takes peoples monies then this time it was my turn. Then U COUNT told me that they are cancelling my membership and the points that I have are being forfeited, why cant you pay me the points that I have already accumulated and leave me alone? standard bank does a person have to move their home loan and money market account so that they can be treated like customers??? This is Theft at its best. I want my money and I want my U Count money points or the money that you were taking from me on a monthly basis.
