Standard bank and their employees are breaking the law at will
on 12 June a person by the name of Nthopa Mokgale ran an unauthorised enquiry on my credit profile. I have never contacted standard bank asking for a loan.Not only are Nthopa Mokgale and standard bank's actions are a serious violation of POPIA, where my personal information was accessed, used and processed without my consent. This also negatively impacted my credit score. I have also lodged a complaint with the information regulator, and I hope that unauthorised enquiry will be dealt with
