Standard Bank and their constant lies

i would give them 0 but unfortunately that's not an option.

Standard Bank SA sent me this message on October 2nd "Standard Bank: Hi Pollen, get back to banking with ease. We'll write off your negative balance. To get you started - just reply YES. Then use your account again to draw cash, swipe your card or buy airtime or electricity and we will give you R200 cash directly into your account. #ItCanBe. Ts&Cs Apply. Offer valid until 19 October. Std rates apply. Free and bundled rates do not apply. Reply stop to opt out." i had replyed with yes.

now no one in the entire organization can tell me why i have not received this R200.these guys even made me open a new account just to qualify.

I refuse to utilize this mymo account till we resolve this issue.

i have been promised call backs from their agent....did i get a call back...nope!!

Just dont trust this bank anymore.
