Standard Bank and the Credit Information Amnesty
I have been a costumer of Standard Bank.

I paid up my Standard Bank Revolving Credit and my Standard Bank Garage Card.
I have paid up letters for both.

Both still show on my ITC Credit report that I owe them money, meaning the outstanding amount is NOT R0.00

What does the Credit Information Amnesty Act or Law help, if they chose to just ignore it.

They were both paid up in 2014 already.

This now effects my credit as I app**** for credit and got turned down because of this.

Why I am, the consumer who paid up all, penalized for their incompetency?
