Standard Bank and Strauss Daly suck

I have a bond number *** from Standard Bank. I have now sold the property. Since 8th April 2015 my attorneys have been trying to get a settlement figure from Standard Bank so that I can pay what is due and stop paying them interest. It has now cost me about an extra R40,000 interest to date as a result of the delays from Standard Bank. Standard Bank is so ****** quick to harangue its customers with multiple rude phone calls a day if they are one day late in making payment yet seem totally disdainful of providing its customers a simple service. I am now also going to lodge a complaint against Standard Bank on Hello Peter.
