Standard bank and Standard bank insurance

I would like to share my story, my husband and I bought a house with the assistance of standard home loans, an insurance was part of the bond, there is a clause in the contract stating if any alcohol or drug use is found regarding a death, the insurance doesn't pay, I was dealing with a women named Felicity Clark, who I had to send and resend medical reports to and even when the claim was rejected, she refused to sent me the report she received as to why the claim was rejected. My husband died in 2020, now leaving the bond to me and 2 kids under 5 and a senior citizen, and now it falls to me to be responsible, when I realised the claim was rejected, I decided to put the house in sale before eviction, standard has increased the interest on the property by more than R150,000, and even if u do sell the property, I won't even get my deposit of R100, 00 back, as I am sure I will now owe the bank, my case was handed over to Fiona Adam's, when asking her about the interest rate, and if it can be reduced or if I could speak to someone in bond management, her reply is always, I only deal with claims, if I email her saying my house has now been on sale for months and because the price is too high, no one want s to buy it, she refers me to easy sell, I have now been handed to Leseka LA and I have received her email stating if I do not recover the entire amount that the bank wants, I will be paying for a house I no longer have, throughout this entire process I have not even been offered to try to keep my property by the bank, and because I will either owe the bank, I will not even be able to afford rent, I am well aware my personal issues such as I am going to be homeless so but when the bond was first secured, we did it as a couple, and death is not something you can ever prepare for, I have asked repeatedly to speak to someone regarding the bond and interest rate but all the care about is getting their money's worth, more than what the property is worth.
